• Adhesion of moss materials under normal indoor conditions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from moisture or water exposure

• Excessive humidity

• Prolonged direct sunlight

• Improper handling or installation

• Normal, minor variation in preserved natural materials over time

Care & Environment

Preserved moss art is designed for indoor display only.

• No watering or misting required

• Avoid direct sunlight

• Maintain normal indoor humidity

With proper care, your piece will maintain its appearance for years.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment for qualifying orders.

Installation Services

We offer professional installation services for larger residential and commercial projects. Installation options, timelines, and pricing are coordinated on a project-by-project basis.

If installation is not selected, customers are responsible for proper mounting and wall support.

Due to the fragile and made-to-order nature of preserved moss art, returns are not accepted except under the following circumstances:

• The piece arrives damaged in transit

• The piece materially differs from the product description or approved design

• A significant construction defect is present

If an issue arises, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs. We are committed to working with you to reach a fair resolution.

Shipping Overview

Shipping is not included in listed prices and is quoted separately due to the size, weight, and fragile nature of each piece.

All works are:

• Carefully wrapped

• Padded and braced

• Secured to minimize movement during transit

Carriers

We ship via UPS or FedEx, depending on destination, size, and service availability. Signature confirmation may be required for larger works.

Transit Issues

While every precaution is taken, art shipping carries inherent risk. If a piece arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can coordinate next steps and work with you to make it right.
