MADE-TO-ORDER & LEAD TIMES
All moss art pieces are made to order unless explicitly noted otherwise.
Typical lead time:
Most pieces are completed and ready to ship within 1–2 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Because each piece is hand-built using natural materials, slight variations in texture, tone, and composition is normal and part of the work’s character.
Replicas from the product line may be ordered in alternate sizes, subject to material availability and design feasibility.

CUSTOM & COMMISSIONED WORK
Custom designs are created through direct collaboration with the designer and may include:

Size and proportion adjustments

Material and color selection

Placement and environment considerations
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment, delivery, or installation.
Because custom work is made specifically for you, custom pieces are final sale, except in cases of significant deviation from the approved design.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the fragile and made-to-order nature of preserved moss art, returns are not accepted except under the following circumstances:

The piece arrives damaged in transit

The piece materially differs from the product description or approved design

A significant construction defect is present
If an issue arises, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs. We are committed to working with you to reach a fair resolution.

Shipping Overview
Shipping is not included in listed prices and is quoted separately due to the size, weight, and fragile nature of each piece.

Carriers
We ship via UPS or FedEx, depending on destination, size, and service availability. Signature confirmation may be required for larger works.
Transit Issues
While every precaution is taken, art shipping carries inherent risk. If a piece arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can coordinate next steps and work with you to make it right.
Our goal is simple: your piece should arrive ready to hang and be admired.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment for qualifying orders.

Installation Services
We offer professional installation services for larger residential and commercial projects. Installation options, timelines, and pricing are coordinated on a project-by-project basis.
If installation is not selected, customers are responsible for proper mounting and wall support.

WARRANTY & CARE
Limited Warranty
We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering:

Adhesion of moss materials under normal indoor conditions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage from moisture or water exposure

Prolonged direct sunlight

Improper handling or installation
